Self-esteem
Having good self-esteem helps us cope with the ups and downs of life. It can even help us to stay healthy.
Good self-esteem is about each of us liking who we are and valuing what we do. It is important to nurture your children's self-esteem right from the start. You'll be helping them build a strong foundation for life.
